  2.     Outbreak: the License
  3.     =============================================

  5.     This user license agreement (the AGREEMENT) is an agreement 
  6. between you (individual or single entity) and Jaibo Software (JS), 
  7. for the Outbreak software (the SOFTWARE) that is accompanying this AGREEMENT. 
  8.  
  9.     The SOFTWARE is the property of JS and is protected by copyright 
  10. laws and international copyright treaties. The SOFTWARE is not sold, 
  11. it is licensed.
  12.  
  13.  
  14.     LICENSED VERSION
  15.  
  16.     The LICENSED VERSION means a Registered Shareware Version 
  17. (using your personal registration number) or an original fully working 
  18. version of the SOFTWARE. If you accepts the terms and conditions of 
  19. this AGREEMENT, you have certain rights and obligations as follow:
  20.  
  21. YOU MAY:
  22. 1. Install and use one copy of the SOFTWARE on a single computer.
  23. 2. Install a second copy of the SOFTWARE on a second computer only if 
  24.    you are the main user of this computer (home computer or laptop for example).
  25. 3. Install the SOFTWARE on another computer only if you change 
  26.    of main workstation. In such a case you must uninstall the software 
  27.    from the old computer.
  28. 4. Make a copy of the SOFTWARE for archival purposes only.

  30. YOU MAY NOT:
  31. 1. Copy and distribute the SOFTWARE or any portion of it.
  32. 2. Sublicense, rent, lease or transfer your personal registering number.
  33. 3. Sublicense, rent or lease the SOFTWARE or any portion of it.
  34. 4. Decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer or modify the SOFTWARE or 
  35.    any portion of it.
  36. 5. Copy the documentation accompanying the SOFTWARE.

  39.     UNREGISTERED SHAREWARE VERSION
  40.  
  41.     The UNREGISTERED SHAREWARE VERSION means an Original Shareware Version 
  42. of the SOFTWARE that has not been registered by a registering number. 
  43.  
  44. YOU MAY:
  45. 1. Install and use an unlimited number of copies the UNREGISTERED 
  46.    SHAREWARE VERSION for a trial period of 10 days.
  47.  
  48. YOU MAY NOT:
  49. 1. Sublicense, rent or lease the UNREGISTERED SHAREWARE VERSION 
  50.    or any portion of it.
  51. 2. Decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer or modify the 
  52.    UNREGISTERED SHAREWARE VERSION or any portion of it.
  53. 3. Copy the documentation accompanying the UNREGISTERED SHAREWARE VERSION.
  54. 4. Use the UNREGISTERED SHAREWARE VERSION after your trial period of 10 days.

  57.     DISTRIBUTION:

  59.     You are hereby licensed to make as many copies of the UNREGISTERED 
  60. SHAREWARE VERSION as you wish and distribute it to anyone provided that 
  61. all files are intact. You must distribute the install form of the 
  62. UNREGISTERED SHAREWARE VERSION (you must distribute the file OUTBREAK.EXE, 
  63. not the files resulting of an installation). You are not allowed to sell 
  64. the UNREGISTERED SHAREWARE VERSION (except for shipment and handling charges). 
  65. Computer's Magazines are authorized to distribute it on any Cover Disk or 
  66. CD-ROM without any permission. Please inform us by email info@jaibo.net 
  67. each time you distribute the UNREGISTERED SHAREWARE VERSION.

  70.     WARRANTY DISCLAIMER

  72.     The SOFTWARE is supplied "AS IS". JS disclaims all warranties, 
  73. expressed or implied, including, without limitation, the warranties 
  74. of merchantability and of fitness for any purpose. The user must assume 
  75. the entire risk of using the SOFTWARE.

  78.     DISCLAIMER OF DAMAGES
  79.  
  80.     JS assumes no liability for damages, direct or consequential, 
  81. which may result from the use of the SOFTWARE, even if JS has been 
  82. advised of the possibility of such damages. Any liability of the seller 
  83. will be limited to refund the purchase price.
